The Wall of Wishes is a hidden puzzle room located within the Last Wish raid. By shooting a series of symbols onto a large wall of plates, players can enter special “wishes” that unlock unique effects, rewards, and checkpoints throughout the raid. Some wishes provide cosmetic changes, while others teleport the fireteam directly to specific encounters, making the Wall of Wishes an invaluable tool for farming, practice runs, and collecting hidden secrets.
To reach the Wall of Wishes, launch the Last Wish raid and progress through the opening area until you arrive at the large bridge leading toward the first encounter, Kalli, the Corrupted. Before crossing the bridge, look for a path along the left side of the area that leads into a cave. Follow this hidden passage until you reach a circular room containing a large wall covered in symbols. This is the Wall of Wishes.
Each wish consists of a specific combination of symbols that must be entered by shooting the corresponding plates on the wall. Once the correct pattern has been entered, step onto the plate in the center of the room to activate the wish. If entered correctly, a message will appear on-screen confirming that the wish has been granted.

Wish 2 teleports the fireteam to a hidden chest located between Morgeth and the Vault encounter. This allows players to collect loot from the chest without progressing through the raid.
Wish 3 unlocks the Numbers of Power emblem. This is a cosmetic reward that is added directly to the player’s collection.
Wish 4 teleports the fireteam directly to the Shuro Chi encounter. This is one of the most frequently used wishes due to the encounter’s large number of enemies, making it an ideal location for leveling weapons, completing catalysts, and testing builds.
Wish 5 teleports the fireteam to the Morgeth encounter. Players commonly use this wish to access the Corrupted Egg located beyond Morgeth without needing to complete the earlier encounters.
Wish 6 teleports the fireteam directly to the Vault encounter. This is useful for groups practicing the encounter or players seeking collectibles located deeper within the raid.
Wish 7 teleports the fireteam directly to the Riven encounter. This allows players to skip nearly the entire raid and is commonly used by groups farming raid completions or attempting to obtain the exotic fusion rifle One Thousand Voices.
Wish 8 activates the song “Hope for the Future” by Paul McCartney throughout portions of the raid. This wish is purely cosmetic and exists as an easter egg.
Wish 9 replaces various raid voice lines with dialogue from Failsafe, the AI located on Nessus. This wish has no gameplay effect and serves only as a humorous audio change.
Wish 10 replaces various raid voice lines with dialogue from the Drifter. Like Wish 9, this change is entirely cosmetic and does not affect gameplay.
Wish 11 activates the Grunt Birthday Party effect. Precision kills cause enemies to explode into confetti, referencing the classic Halo skull modifier. This wish has no impact on raid mechanics.
Wish 12 causes all fireteam members to appear with oversized heads. This visual effect is purely cosmetic and does not alter gameplay.
Wish 13 activates Petra’s Run, the raid’s flawless mode. If any member of the fireteam dies during the raid, the entire team is immediately returned to orbit. This wish is required for the flawless Last Wish triumph.
Wish 14 applies a Taken-like visual effect to players, giving them a corrupted appearance throughout the raid. This effect is cosmetic only.
Wish 15 unlocks a hidden Dreaming City cutscene that plays after defeating Riven. This wish was originally used to reveal additional story content during the Forsaken era and remains available for players interested in the raid’s lore.
