King’s Fall is a reprised raid set aboard the Dreadnaught, the massive Hive warship ruled by Oryx, the Taken King.

Originally introduced in Destiny, King’s Fall returned in Destiny 2 with updated rewards, new challenge rotations, weapon crafting support, and a Master difficulty. The raid follows a fireteam deep into the Dreadnaught as they battle Oryx’s most powerful servants before confronting the Taken King himself.

Throughout the raid, players must master plate activations, Brand mechanics, aura transfers, Taken Strength collection, and precise team coordination. Nearly every encounter builds upon mechanics introduced earlier in the raid, making communication and role assignments critical to success.

The raid features six major encounters, two hidden chests, a Deepsight chest puzzle, the Exotic Scout Rifle Touch of Malice, and the Kingslayer title.
